High School
For any high school level runner, this action-packed, two-day camp is designed to inspire, teach and demonstrate running form, understanding a training plan, high-intensity strength training, proper nutrition, setting goals, and servant leadership. Athletes will have the opportunity to train each day with collegiate runners and hear from several Experts in areas that will be sure to help us all Run Faster and Go Further. This camp is for high school runners of all levels.
Example Schedule:
Day 1
o Running workout alongside collegiate runners
o Talk on understanding a training plan that fits you
o Interactive session on goal setting
o Interactive session on nutrition and hydration
o Talk on common running injuries and how to prevent them
Day 2
o Running workout alongside collegiate runners
o Inspirational talk on servant leadership
o High-intensity strength training session
o Session on proper warmup and running form
o Session effective race strategy
