Description
This is a 6 week program focused on the basics of building a strength training program for Runners. Each week will have a different focus. We will work on going through an entire phase of training. Built into the program are testing days so you can monitor your progress as we go. This program begins on Monday April 22nd and will take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm.
