Description
- Both 5K and 10K wind through the beautiful C Shane Wilbanks Trails around Lake Grapevine and offer breathtaking views of the lake.
- Double your Trouble by participating in 5K and 10K races. Staggered start times, you are welcome to join us for the 5K or 10K or both!
- Celebrating our 24th year of LGRAW's signature Fall event.
- A portion of this year's race proceeds goes to Special Olympics Texas.

Important Race Details
- Both races will use the IPICO chip timing system. Race participants will pick up their chip on RACE DAY. ALL timing chips must be returned at the finish line - volunteers will be there to assist you.
- Aid stations will have water and Gatorade. The 10K will pass the aid stations four times, and the 5K will pass the add stations twice.
- The 10K will start at 8:50 AM. Those taking longer than 50 minutes to complete the 5K should watch for the 10K runners, and kindly stay to the right of the path for everyone's safety and enjoyment - there's room for everyone.
- Event registrations are non-refundable. Race insurance is available from Run Sign-Up.
- A participant can transfer to another race event. For example, transfer from the 10K to 5K. Participants can do this themselves through RunSignUp. Here is a video on how to do this yourself. Transfer to Another Event (youtube.com). Please complete this action by end of Saturday 10/5/2024.
- A participant can transfer their registration to someone else. For example, transfer from you to a friend. Participants are responsible for doing this in RunSignUp for themselves. Here is a video on how to do this yourself. Transfer to Another Person (youtube.com). Please complete this action by end of Saturday 10/5/2024.

Event Swag
- Technical race shirt with race logo while supplies last. The shirts are unisex and are in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL.
- One shirt per participant, even if running both races.
- Register before 9/15/24 to ensure that you receive a shirt in your desired size.
Beverages
- Aid station water and Gatorade for hydration for all participants.
- Hop and Sting Brewing Co. will be at Double Trouble serving 1 complimentary craft beer to participants 21 and older.
Additional Activities
- Weekly Social Run: Hop & Sprint every Tuesday at 6:30 PM at Hop & Sting Brewery.
- Weekend Runs/Walks: Every Saturday and Sunday starting at 7:00 AM at the Clubhouse in Oak Grove Park.

Directions
• Parking is at the Oak Grove Softball Complex North Lot (the lot nearest the lake).
• Both races will start on Horseshoe Trail near Dove Loop Rd (just south of the LGRAW Clubhouse - 2615 Dove Loop Rd., Grapevine).
