The Elkhart Lake Triathlons, Duathlon, and KayaTri event offer a championship-worthy course that challenges athletes and showcases the stunning natural beauty of the area. Here's a breakdown of the course:

Swim Course: The event kicks off with a time trial swim start in the crystal-clear waters of Elkhart Lake. Utilizing a rectangle U format, athletes will navigate a fast swim course. Olympic distance athletes start first, followed by sprint athletes 30 minutes later, and super sprinters thereafter. The KayaTri course extends past the swim turnaround for an additional challenge.

Bike Course: The rolling bike course, ranging from 10k to 27.5k, takes participants through scenic farmlands with smooth roads and minimal traffic. With fast and exciting turns, this course tests athletes' shifting and cadence skills while providing a thrilling ride.

Run Course: Athletes will tackle varying distances ranging from 1 mile to 10k, depending on their chosen event. The course features a mix of terrain, including flat stretches along the lake, a challenging hill climb through a tree-lined neighborhood, and enthusiastic spectator support. Olympic distance athletes complete two loops, enhancing the atmosphere with hundreds of cheering spectators.
