Duathlon

• Overall: (Male and Female)  Top three overall finishers male and female.  These are not eligible for age-group or Master's awards
  
• Masters (40-49):  First Place only, male and female
  
• Grand Masters (50+): First Place only, male and female
• Junior:  (Male and Female)  12 - 15, 16 - 19
  
• Adult Age Group:  Top three finishers in each male and female age category in 5-year age groups per USAT rules
  
• Clydesdale (220lbs+):  39 and under, 40+
• Athena (165+):  all ages
• Team (may consist of two or three individuals):  Men, Women, Mixed

5K Run

• Overall (Male and Female):  Top Three, these are not eligible for age group awards or Masters awards.
  
• Juniors (Male and Female): 6 - 9, 10 - 14, 15 - 19
  
• Adults (Male and Female):  5 year age groups
  
• Masters 40 - 49 (Male and Female):  First place only
  
• Grand Masters 50+ (Male and Female):  First place only

1 Mile Fun Run/Walk:  All finishers will receive custom Iron Pig finisher medals

Post Race Door Prizes and Race Goodies

• Food and beverages will be served to all participants following each race.  Friends and family will have the option to purchase both.
