Lake Stevens Triathlon + Duathlon & Aquabike

Aquabike does duplicate swim and bike. Finish time will be at the transition mat.

Swim:
2 triangular shaped loops. Swim starts next to dock in waist deep water, swimmers will exit the water via the boat ramp and make their way to transition.

**NOTE: Changes in first and last mile of bike course from previous years**

Bike course is an out and back.

Olympic run does 2 loops of the out and back course. Run is along North Lakeshore Dr; Lakeside lane of Lakeshore is closed to traffic.
