Lake Stevens Triathlon + Duathlon & Aquabike

6:30 am: Transition opens the morning of the event

7:15 am: Volunteers start monitoring transition and body marking available

7:50 am: Pre-race meeting for all participants

8:00 am: Olympic course start

8:30 am: (Approx.) Sprint course start

After 10:00 am: All riders will be instructed to turn around at the sprint turn around, and will be considered a sprint distance participant. (Riders past this point will continue on Olympic course.) 

11:00 am: Bike course closes

After 11:15 am: All runners will be directed to the finish line from the 5K turnaround. All participants who run 5K will be considered a sprint distance participant.

12:00 pm: Course closes- Course marshaling and official timing will stop at this time.

Awards will follow each event.

USA Triathlon Rules enforced. This includes wearing a HELMET at ALL times when on your bike. No headsets are allowed on course.
