Every 3 seconds, a member of your community needs blood.
LifeSouth is a non-profit community blood bank that serves local Georgia hospitals by providing life-saving blood products. We proudly service Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Atlanta Medical Center, Habersham Medical Center, Emory University Hospital, Henry Medical Center, Piedmont Henry Hospital and many more.
To keep up with constant demands, LifeSouth Community Blood Centers hosts blood drives each day and depends on volunteers to donate blood. On Saturday, June 18, 2022 (10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.), we will be hosting a community event: The Adam A. Smith Sickle Legacy Sickle Cell Foundation Badges for Life Blood Drive. This event will include Clayton County Public Safety sectors: Fire Department, Sheriff’s Office, EMS, Police Department.
During our community-wide blood drive, we hope to encourage the Clayton County Community to join us in our mission to save lives. Blood donations will be used for life-saving procedures and treatments at local hospitals. We hope to have your full support in our upcoming event.
How can you help?
You can help LifeSouth by making a donation on behalf of your business or organization. This donation will be used in recognition of those community members that give the gift of life! You can donate a discount, an item, food, or a simple gift card from your business.
