When will I receive my t-shirt or other apparel items?

Items started shipping on Sept. 20. Exact delivery will depend on your location, but you should expect to receive your Heritage Classic apparel by October 4th. If you have not received your items by October 7, you can call VeraPax at 602-995-7841. 

 

I registered for multiple people in my household. Should I expect several packages?  

If you ordered multiple items for your household, most should receive all items in one package. There may be instances where this does not happen. 

 

Do I need to go into RunSignup every day to track my mileage or minutes?

You do not have to go in every day. We recommend using the Activity Tracker to keep track of your mileage or minutes for the event you are participating in. You can set a weekly reminder to login to RunSignup and update your weekly activity all at one time. Entering your activity helps the leaderboards stay as up to date as possible.

 

How do I log my activity or results for the event I am registered for?

There are a few ways you can add your activity. results

  1. Log in to RunSignup: https://runsignup.com/login 
  2. Navigate to your profile by selecting the profile icon in the top right of the window (see circled icon in the image below)

  3. Within the Heritage Classic Event you are registered for, select "Submit Virtual Results"

  1. Navigate to the Heritage Classic event site (https://runsignup.com/Race/MN/Anywhere/MayoClinicHeritageClassic) and select "Results" in the top navigation menu
