THE RACE

Join the Fayetteville Running Club for the 10th Annual Firecracker 4 miler and 1 mile kids fun run in the All American City!

The course is designed as a historic tour of Downtown Fayetteville. Competitive runners, recreational runners, walkers, kids, strollers and dogs are all invited!

Be sure to dress up in your favorite Red, White, and Blue running attire.

The 1 Mile Kids Fun Run is limited to 75 entrants. Adults can go with their child and not need to sign up

RACE SHIRT
All participants who register by June 16, 2023 will receive a Firecracker shirt in their size. Those who register after June 16th can choose from remaining sizes while supplies last.

FINISHER MEDALS
All finishers will receive a medal at the Finish Line!

The course starts and finishes on the streets of Fayetteville at the intersection of Walter & Hillsboro Streets which is located between the N.C. State Veterans Park and the Airborne & Special Operations Museum.

Top 3 Females Overall

Top 3 Males & Females in following Age Groups:
14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over

There will be no awards for the 1 Mile Kids Fun Run!

THE CAUSE

Proceeds from the Firecracker 4 Miler go to Gold Star Teen Adventures, a non-profit organization serving the surviving youth of Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps Special Operations personnel who gave the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

We also use a portion of the proceeds for scholarships and donations to local non-profits.
