Bow Lake Dam 15K/5K Race To Cure Cystic Fibrosis

Sat June 4, 2022 Strafford, NH 03884 US Directions
2022 is now Virtual

Hello Racers!

The Bow Lake Race Staff has been in constant discussion since Saturday about how we could move forward with our 2022 events. It is with heavy hearts that we need to make our 2022 race virtual (3rd time is a charm).  We will be back for a big year 15 next June!

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The need to cancel last minute per the State Police was devastating and an unforeseen circumstance. It has meant jumping through multiple hoops with recertification of insurances, new last-minute applications to the NHDOT, and loss of funds that were already spent on items and food.

We aim to offer a great race and we would not be able to offer the best of the Bow Lake Dam 15K/5K spirit to a rescheduled event.

All profits will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as we always have done.

If you registered online before the Tee-Shirt cut-off date of May 15th, we’d like to offer you a chance to pick your shirt up this Sunday (June 12th) at Henry Law Park in Dover, between 1-4pm. Any shirts not picked up will be available for sale at next years event so that more proceeds can go to the CFF. Maybe put your new shirt on and go for your virtual race right then!
Please share or send any photos of your virtual race!
We are thankful once again that you chose to join the Race to Cure Cystic Fibrosis!

We'll see you next June!!

The Chief of Police and State Police have told us that we must cancel our event due to the ongoing situation currently happening at Bow Lake.  We are heartbroken to have to cancel but we must do what is best for the safety of everyone involved.  They are asking the public to please stay away from the Bow Lake area.
Please stay tuned for an email to all participants regarding next steps. Our directors will be discussing what our course of action will be for all of those that have already registered. We apologize for this inconvenience.
