Details

Volunteers at registration will be asked to distribute bibs and t-shirts to all pre-registered runners. In addition, volunteers will be asked to register runners who will be signing up on race day.
*Please arrive at the Grange Hall between 7am-7:30am for instructions.
*All volunteers must sign a printed waiver upon arrival.

Water Stop

Details

We have 5 different water stops along the course. We will need two people per water stop and four people at the last water stop.

Timing

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

These volunteers will be asked to assist the timing company with identifying bib numbers as they cross the finish line and other associated tasks. We will need 5 volunteers to assist with this.
*Please arrive at the Grange Hall between 7am-7:30am for instructions.
*All volunteers must sign a printed waiver upon arrival.

Finish Line Water Distributor

Details

We will need 2 people to be handing out bottled waters to people after they finish the race.

Trail Vehicle

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

We will need two people to drive the trail vehicle that follows the last person in the 15k race. These people will be asked to monitor the last runners and be sure that they are continuing to move through the course in a healthy manner. These volunteers will also pick up with mile marker signs as they pass them throughout the course.

Just in case we need a few extra hands on deck!
This task may vary : water stop, help with pre&post race set up, handing out water at finish line, helping with post-race snacks, etc.
