5K/5M Runners Receive A Long Sleeve Shirt

The first 1,800 registered runners will receive our custom long-sleeve shirt, available at packet pick up. Additional shirts for registrants past the first 1,800 may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the packet pick-up nights.

Race Day Info

The event is held every Thanksgiving morning at Onondaga Lake Park near Griffins Visitor Center -106 Lake Dr. Liverpool, NY 13088.

LTT will utilize the Chrono track bib timing device. This means that a participant’s time does not begin until they cross the timing mats at the start line, so the wave start will not impact your overall time.

 

8:15 am Kids “Fast Feet” Run (appx. .50 miles)

9:15 am 5K and 5 Mile Run

9:30 am Dog Walk (appx. .75 miles)
*Dogs must be on a 6' leash. If you bring a dog, you can only participate in the dog walk. No dogs will be allowed in the 5k, 5-mile, or kid's run. Please clean up after your pet.*

START/FINISH:
Marked by manhole on E side of a grassy island in SE corner of parking lot for Salt Museum. S/F line is aligned with center of manhole, perpendicular to the E edge of P-lot.

 

1-mile mark: On ESRT, approx. 10 ft NW of N edge of Sycamore St..
Turn-around: On ESRT, 53.8 ft S of utility pole NG-17, located on N side of ESRT. (The label on the utility pole is in very poor condition.) Marked with PK nail in centerline of ESRT.

 

2-mile mark: After turn. On ESRT, approx. 100 ft SW of utility pole NG- 15. from utility pole NG 22.

 

3-mile mark: On curved segment of ESRT, directly S of W side of Salt Museum.

In-Person and Virtual Event bib and merchandise pick up at the Home Team Pub (7990 Oswego Rd. Liverpool, NY 13090):

Monday 11/20 5-8pm

Tuesday 11/21 5-8pm

Wednesday 11/22 12-2pm

Race day packet pick up is at the registration tent by the Griffin Visitors Center on Onondaga Lake Park.

Items not picked by 11am on race day (11/23) are forfeited unless you are a virtual participant.

Top Male and Female Overall in each age group

5k: 0-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+     

5 mile: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+   

 

Awards are available for pickup after 9:30 am on race day, or once the course is closed. Awards or shirts not picked up on race day are forfeited.  Awards will be based on net (chip) time and not gun time.

Parking is available in lots and designated street spots in/around The Griffins Visitor Center and The Liverpool Village area, please note, some parking lots are privately owned and LTT does not control the price of parking, if someone is charging.
