Our Official Charity: Adaptive Sports for Kids

Adaptive Sports for Kids (A.S.K.) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in December 2011. Their vital mission is to provide children and adults with special needs the opportunity to play structured sports at absolutely no cost to their families.

Each participating athlete is paired one-on-one with a dedicated "buddy" volunteer who provides customized assistance based on the athlete's specific needs—whether that involves batting, running, maneuvering a wheelchair, or simply playing in the dirt. This supportive environment allows parents to fully relax and enjoy watching their children participate in team sports.

A.S.K. is governed by a passionate Board of Directors composed entirely of parents of special needs children who bring years of combined experience to the program. The organization is strictly volunteer-based; no board members receive a financial salary, finding their reward entirely in the smiles of the athletes.
