Volunteer Information
Check-In Schedule
Standard Check-In: 6:00 AM – 6:30 AM (6:00 AM arrival is highly preferred).
Race Day Setup: Volunteers wishing to assist with event setup are welcome to arrive as early as 5:00 AM.
*We value your time and support—late arrivals will never be turned away!
Location & Rewards
Check-In Location: Located directly next to the Packet Pickup area at River Front Park (601 Grigsby Ave).
Service Hours: Volunteer service verification forms are available upon request for those requiring credit hours.
Volunteer Rewards: All volunteers will receive a special reward item after completing their shift. You must check out at the volunteer table to collect your item.
Volunteer Parking Instructions
Designated volunteer parking is located at the Neches River Parking area. You can navigate directly to this lot using the link below:

The Neches River Parking lot will close promptly at 7:00 AM due to course layouts. If you plan or need to leave the venue early, please do not park in this lot. Vehicles parked here will not be permitted to exit the area until after the race has concluded, strictly after 8:30 AM.
