TEAM REQUIREMENTS
TEAM PACE REQUIREMENT:
Team Pace will need to be between 5:00-12:00 min/mile
- Use an average pace that you think realistically captures your Teams pace to complete the Relay

TEAM EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS (PROVIDED BY TEAMS):
- 1 Support Vehicle: Must meet requirements outlined on website
- All participants are required to agree and sign a Participants Waiver prior to completing registration
- Recommended (Not Required): Safety Equipment (Reflective Vests)
- Recommended in the event of low visibility weather (fog, rain, etc.)
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum allowed participant age is 16 years of age by event day. Anyone under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult over 21 and have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver and registration.
TEAM VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:
NO VOLUNTEER FEES...NO HIDDEN FEES. Instead let us PAY you for providing Volunteers...that's right P2B will give Teams who provide event weekend Volunteers a discount into the following years Registration (this discount will be in addition to your VIP Discount you receive as a REPEAT Team):
- The Team Volunteer Incentive will be a $50 Volunteer Discount (with a Max Cap = $50)
- Volunteers will need to be registered under the Team on Run Signup by the Volunteer Registration Deadline
- The Discount Code will be issued to the Team Captain after the event and Volunteer Supporting
