Corrals
Races with complex start lines required by large participant numbers or those with limited capacities resulting from narrow paths or COVID-19-related regulations will benefit from our easy-to-use and simple corral assignment tool. Like bibs, organizers can manually assign bibs using our Corral Builder tool or by uploading a csv file. Also like bibs, corrals can be assigned automatically at the time of registration. Participant Management
Managing your registrants' information and participation in your event is a breeze with our participant management tools. Deferrals, Transfers, and Waitlists
Flexible registration management is super charged with tools like deferrals, transfers, and waitlists. Organizers can enable deferrals and allow athletes to self-defer for situations like injuries and major family events (e.g. pregnancy) by turning on participant management deferral functionality. Transfers between events and races are also possible. For both, fees can be charged or offer these changes for free. Waitlists are game changers for events that have high demand at critical times (e.g. registration opens) and those with limited spots due to venue or permit restrictions. Race Day Check-In App
Our platform's support doesn't end when packet pick-up begins. Organizers have a powerful tool in their hands with our Race Day Check-In App. By downloading the app and entering a simple password, designated staff and volunteers are able to quickly and easily process athlete check-ins on race morning. Registrants will show their confirmation email with a QR code that the app will scan and pull up their registration record instantly or search by name. Important details including bib number, t-shirt size, store orders, and custom question answers are available to display for a custom check-in experience for your participants. RaceJoy provides an interactive race experience for live and virtual running, walking, cycling, and water events, whether in-person or virtual.
