Waivers

It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of all policies in advance to participating in the event. Agreeing to the waiver on the registration form constitutes your acceptance of all policies. Please be sure to read this................

Rain or Shine

This event will be held rain or shine unless there are extreme weather conditions in the area at any time before or during the run/walk. If this should occur, you will be directed to the safest area nearby by our law enforcement officers. This is a trail run/walk. In case of a large amount of rain, the dirt trail may become unusable. Please stay alert if the weather becomes severe. There are no refunds for any reason.

Please remember...safety first!

All dogs must be on a 6-ft non-retractable leash; retractable leashes are not permitted. Owners are required to clean up after their pets. Several receptacles will be provided for your convenience. Make sure your dog is well-behaved and does not interfere with other attendees. Participation with a stroller is limited to the 5K walk and the kid's one-mile run/walk only. Scooters are not allowed. Participating in the 5K run with a dog is allowed but you must keep the leash as short as possible and begin the run at the back of the chute. 

Our event hosts numerous law enforcement K9 units with their handlers. It's very important to respect their space and make sure that neither children nor pets approach or attempt to touch them. Parents are responsible to prevent any potential injuries to their children or pets. Please observe and obey the rules established by law enforcement.
