Welcome Back!

We knew the day would finally come - we're back to racing LIVE again! Spinx Run Fest returns on Saturday October 30, 2021 with a full slate of running events.  Last year was a strange experience indeed but we managed to go on with the event although it took over a month of virtual racing. This year we're back to normal with a SINGLE DAY of racing and all the fanfare and excitement that goes along with it.

THANK YOU to all of you who participated in Spinx Run Fest Virtual Plus in 2020. To show our gratitude, we're offering you all a special 20% discount on entry fees for Spinx Run Fest 2021. The coupon code (discount) will be sent out by email just before online registration starts in June, so be on the lookout for it!

Back to LIVE

good old days

When we starting running races at last year's Spinx Run Fest Virtual Plus, we had no idea what to expect. The race courses were well marked but not monitored in any way. Each participant was given a course map to carry with them but from our general experience we knew a lot of runners weren't going to pay attention to the maps. At one session, we had a participant who got hopelessly lost on the Half Marathon course. Rumor has it they were following another runner who wasn't in the race at all and was just out for a morning jog. A little over 5 hours later, the participant found their way back to the Kroc Center. As they crossed the finish line, visibly exhausted and overdue by two hours, they screamed out "It's great to be racing again!"
