The Watermelon Series is held in a neighborhood and there are no larger parking lots near the start or finish. Plan to street park and walk up to a mile. You may choose to park at the Common Ground Park (0.5 mile), YMCA (1 mile), Southgate Shopping Center (1 mile), or Polk Museum of Art/Lakeland Library (1.7 miles) if you do not want to park on the street.

Lake Hollingsworth Dr will close at 6:30 AM and will not reopen until the last runner is on the pedestrian path ~ at 7:30 AM.
