Here are some of the most frequently asked questions.

What is the registration fee?

Our registration fee is $29.95. If you commit to raising $200 through a virtual fundraiser, your registration fee will be waived. 

Can I do the challenge for free?

If you commit to raising $200 through a virtual fundraiser, your registration fee will be waived. Please note, those who choose this option have until the end of February to raise these funds or they will be charged for the balance. 

Survivors of human trafficking will also have their registration fee waived. Contact the Coalition for details. 

How do I log my activity and see my results?

Any time you walk, run, hike, bike, roll, swim, or paddle from now through February 28, 2022, you can log time and distance. Then watch your progress day by day as you work toward your goal. As you virtually travel the Monterey Bay coastline, you will receive Badges and email messages about areas you pass and cheering you on. For directions on logging your time, click here

How do I create a new fundraiser if I didn't make one during registration?

You can make a new fundraiser by clicking here. Those who raise $200 or more have their registration fee waived.

How can I learn more about human trafficking in my community?

We are offering a free webinar on human trafficking in the Monterey Bay area. All Virtual Challenge participants are invited to attend. Called Human Trafficking Happens Here: An Introduction to Human Trafficking in the Monterey Bay Area, it will be offered on Tuesday, January 25 at 6 PM Pacific. It will cover what human trafficking is in its many forms, what it looks like in our community, and how to understand and serve survivors of human trafficking.
