Cross Country
Greetings fellow STC runners, the club would like to invite you all to join our XC Team in each and every Fall season. As some of you may not be familiar with running XC, you need to know that there is a mixture of terrains throughout the series and at times you can be “One with the mud” as written on a few STC clothing gear.
The PGUNY XC Series as it is named has 5 races in it and we compete against other cities around NY state such as Rochester, Buffalo, Ithaca, etc. Of course we would love to have you run in the entire series, but if you only show up for one race that is fine as this is all about being part of a team, the fun and comradery! Of course there are many competitive runners throughout STC, but do not let that intimidate you, just show up and run your best! You will see listed below the PGUNY/Run Sign Up website with more details regarding the series.
