GO THE EXTRA MILE
Let's work together to make a difference.
💛 Every dollar counts.
💛 Every share spreads hope.
💛 Every act of kindness saves lives.
We so appreciate all those who register for the race, but also all those who donate and fundraise on our behalf. Take on the $10 from 10 Friends challenge!
Boost your donations by inviting 10 friends to donate $10 each. Asking people you know often leads to generous contributions, so don't hesitate to reach out!
Together, we can make a difference. Let’s give these brave warriors the chance they deserve. All donations will benefit Gabriella's Smile Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in San Antonio.
ABOUT THE RACE
Gabriella’s 5k Cupcake Run and Gabriella’s Smile Foundation is named after Gabriella Elise Torres, who was 5 when she battled Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a terminal form of brain cancer. She died just 8 days after her 6th birthday on November 7, 2015.
Gabriella’s 5k Cupcake Run is the first of its kind here in the San Antonio community for Brain Tumor Awareness Month, which is in May. It’s the first 5k dedicated exclusively to raising awareness for DIPG and pediatric brain cancer in our community.
