1 Mile Course

Start/Finish West Pembroke School Field
This is an out and back course which goes out to a turnaround point and returns the same way.
Head North to Northshore Road, turn Left and run West, turning at a turnaround point near Admiralty House Area, heading back to the School the same way finishing on the School Field.
