Saturday only: Parking is available at Alcoa United Methodist Church, but all vehicles must be moved by Saturday afternoon.

Tent City
Runner Self-Support Tents / Canopies
A designated area near the Start/Finish will be available for runners to set up their own tables, canopies, and self-supported warming stations. Please refer to the parking map for the exact location.

- Canopy Limit: One canopy per registered runner, maximum size 10' x 10'
- No generators are allowed
- No access to electrical outlets will be available
- Set-up begins at 12:00 PM EDT on Friday and is first-come, first-served
- Do not drive stakes into the ground due to buried utilities
- All equipment and belongings must be completely removed by 5:00 PM EDT on Sunday
- Personal camping tents and overnight camping are strictly prohibited. This is a City of Alcoa restriction.
Please Respect the Set-Up Area
We ask every runner to completely clean up their area before leaving. In past years, race staff have spent significant time removing damaged canopies, abandoned equipment, and trash left behind after the event.
Please do not leave damaged canopies, chairs, tables, boxes, or other personal items for race staff to dispose of. We do not have the space or resources to remove large abandoned items.
All regular trash should be taken to the designated dumpsters near the Start/Finish area or taken with you when you leave.
Please leave your area better than you found it and follow a Leave No Trace approach.
