2025 SARCOMA STOMP SCHEDULE:
SATURDAY, APRIL 5th
7:00 AM – 7:45 AM - Packet Pickup | Registration | Food Trucks
7:40 AM – Opening Ceremony: We've got great speakers you will not want to miss!
8:00 AM – 5K Run Starts
8:05 AM – 3K Walk Starts
8:30 AM – 10 AM Music | Food Trucks | Games | Face Painting | Balloon Twisting
9:00 AM – Award Ceremony
9:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.– After Party on-site with Legion Brewing
Teams with Reserved Event Space: Please find your tent space on the attached site map. One team member will be allotted a VIP parking space to bring your materials and set up before the event starts. Please ensure that this member arrives between 6:30-7:00am.
Teams without a Reserved Event Space: We are so excited that you rallied your friends and family to the event. We have reserved an open team area (see map) where you can bring a tent, table, camping chairs to congregate at. This area is first come first serve. If you want to set up a space for your team, please arrive by 7:00am.
AFTER YOU FINISH ON THE SARCOMA STOMP RACE COURSE
5K Race Results: Look for the QR codes that can be found on the back of your bib and around the festival site.
Awards: Begin around 9am. Awards announced onstage for Top 5K Finishers (Top 3 Overall M/F, Masters 40+ M/F), Top Fundraisers and Team Spirit Awards. Award medals for the top 3 finishers of each age division will be handed out at the Registration Tent.
Food Trucks: Bring a form of payment (Major Credit Cards, Apple and Google Pay) for the food trucks, Waffle Snacks World, Avalanche Coffee Co and DonutNV.
