Joining or Creating a Friends & Family Team AFTER Registering
You've registered for the 38th Annual CCVI Trolley Run on April 26th, 2026! Congrats!
Unfortunately, you didn't get to join or create a team whenever you signed up. Maybe your usual team wasn't made until after you registered, or you forgot to join, or just ran out of time during registration and couldn't create one. No matter the reason, luckily you can join, or create a team even after you've signed up to run!
Follow along with the instruction below to learn how to join or create a team after registration!
How to JOIN a Family Team after registering for the race:
- Once registration is complete, open a new tab and visit trolleyrun.org.
- In the upper right corner, you’ll see a profile icon.
- Click profile & login if you’re not already logged in.
- You’ll see your account’s personal information at the top and “Upcoming Events” below that.
- Under “Upcoming Events” and the CCVI Trolley Run 2026 you should see a blue hyperlink that says “manage registration”
- Click Manage Registration.
- Look for the grey bar going across the width of the webpage. In white font, you’ll see “fundraiser” to click.
- Scroll to nearly the bottom of the Fundraising page where the heading “Team Fundraiser” is.
- On the left, there is a drop-down option to view all Team Fundraisers. Select the team you'd like to join and save your changes!

How to CREATE a Family Team after registering for the race:
- Once registration is complete, open a new tab and visit trolleyrun.org.
- In the upper right corner, you’ll see a profile icon.
- Click profile & login if you’re not already logged in.
- You’ll see your account’s personal information at the top and “Upcoming Events” below that.
- Under “Upcoming Events” and the CCVI Trolley Run 2026 you should see a blue hyperlink that says “manage registration”
- Click Manage Registration.
- Look for the grey bar going across the width of the webpage. In white font, you’ll see “fundraiser” to click.
- Scroll to nearly the bottom of the Fundraising page where the heading “Team Fundraiser” is.
- There is a toggle open for “Create a Team Fundraiser” that is automatically set to “No” which needs to be switched to “Yes”.
- You can fill in those blanks that pop up with your team name, goal, and personal message and just remember to save your changes!

Friends and Family Teams are the heart of the CCVI Trolley Run and are comprised of current students, alumni, volunteers, staff, friends, and supporters who collectively go the extra mile for CCVI! We also invite any group that wants to run together to create a team and dash for our students.
All proceeds raised provide individualized therapies and specialized education to the youngest children in our community who are blind or visually impaired!
