No. You can still join us on May 25th and walk to raise awareness. We encourage you to try to fundraise, though. To make it as easy as possible, we put together special fundraising resources for participants! Last year, participants raised $101,000 which helped provide food, shelter, and hope to Pittsburgh’s homeless.
Yes! Anyone is welcome to join, but donations made on the day of the event will not be counted toward prizes.
The event opens at 8:30am. The walk will begin at 10am.
Parking will be available at Gold Lot #1 for a fee of $3.
All registered walkers who have earned a t-shirt should stop at the shirt tent. If you did not earn a t-shirt, head straight to the activities until the opening ceremony at 9:30AM. Volunteers should report to the volunteer tent located on the Great Lawn.
Plan to walk rain or shine! In the case of inclement weather, the event may be canceled or rescheduled. Donations and funds raised are non-refundable.
