There are no refunds or transfers of any kind at any time, for any reason. You may purchase race registration insurance through Allianz during your registration process. Any claims must be filed directly with Allianz. The event has no input on whether claims are approved or denied and are solely at the discretion of Allianz.
Deferrals are allowed to the next year's event up to one month prior to the race date. Deferrals must be filed by going through the Manage Your Registration link on the RunSignUp. Deferred entries must be used by the same participant and are only valid for the following year's event.
A valid USA Triathlon (USAT) membership is required for participation in the event. You will be able to purchase a membership or validate your existing membership during the registration process. We do not require you to show your USAT ID during packet pickup since RunSignUp automatically verifies your members.
