Due to the costs of ordering shirts and preparing for race day after you register, we cannot refund your registrations unless there is a charge error through the registration system. You are still welcome to pick up your shirt and race packet. Part of your registration fees are considered a donation and will help us Fight Hunger Statewide.
No. There is no charge for children in strollers or wagons, but only paid registrants will receive a race shirt.
For your pet's safety and the safety of all event participants, dogs are prohibited per Sandy City ordinances. Dogs are also not permitted in the pre-and post-race areas. Please leave them at home on race day as we will have to ask any people who show up with dogs to either leave them in their car during the race or you will be turned away. No refunds will be offered. Please be sure to share this information with any of your race teammates who may not directly see this information. Please do not jeopardize our ability to host the race at this location in the future.
Strollers are permitted to use during the race. Our event insurance policy specifically prohibits the use of rollerblades, scooters, bicycles, and skateboards, so please leave them at home. Please don't jeopardize the future of the event.
We do not offer timing chips or awards for the race. That way, more of your registration fee can be used to feed Utahns experiencing hunger and support our mission! If you wish to time yourself, we recommend using your personal fitness tracker or a service such as Strava or MapMyRun.
Your online donations are processed by Utah Food Bank on our secure website. All race proceeds will directly benefit Utah Food Bank's mission of Fighting Hunger Statewide. For more information, please visit http://www.utahfoodbank.org.
We offer the following sizes. Please note that shirts are first come, first served and we often sell out before registration is over. If you do not see the size you prefer when you register, that means that shirt size is sold out. All shirts are long-sleeve unisex style.
- Youth: S, M, L
- Adult: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL
The show will go on! Cold temperatures, snow, rain and wind will not be a reason to cancel the event.
If you are able to, please remember to bring canned goods during packet pick-up or on race day. Donation barrels will be available at the information booth on race day.
No. Costumes are encouraged, and they are a lot of fun, but they are not required!
During the event, you can check with our Information Booth for lost items. If there are items not found during the event, please contact Taylor at taylors@utahfoodbank.org after the race. Any items not claimed within a week will be donated to Deseret Industries.
