The Charleston area is a popular tourist destination, so we strongly recommend reserving hotel accommodations as early as possible. To be close to the start and finish lines, teams may choose to stay in Summerville on Friday night and Mount Pleasant on Saturday night. Although the race course spans nearly 70 miles, the driving distance between the start and finish lines is only about 30 miles, making it feasible and often more convenient to stay in one location for the weekend. All teams will start between 5:00 and 8:30 am on Saturday and are expected to finish between 2:00 and 7:00 pm.

Summerville Area

Hilton Garden Inn - $159/night. Located 2 miles from the Starting Line. Includes complimentary breakfast. Rooms must be booked by September 25. 

Double Tree by Hilton - $161/night. Located 2 miles from the Starting Line. Rooms must be booked by September 16.

Mount Pleasant Area

Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Harbor - $321/night - Located next to the Finish Line. Every stay includes a free made-to-order breakfast and complimentary Evening Reception featuring beer, wine, spirits, and light snacks. Rooms must be booked by September 16.
