Description

It's a Stafford Halloween tradition! Run with us on October 29th and take on Halloween Hill in the 5K! Kids 12 & under, we have an option for you - you can run with your friends in the Monster Mile. Costumes are encouraged and prizes are given to the best costumes.

All participants will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt and finisher's medal! Be sure to register early to meet the t-shirt deadline!

This is the 2nd race in the Stafford Race Series.

Race Information

Once again, you have two options for the Halloween 5K and Monster Mile: In-person and virtual!

The virtual race can be run anytime, anywhere on Saturday, October 29th and your results must be submitted by 11:59pm on the 29th!

The in-person race will be held on Saturday, October 29th. The girls will race at 8am and the boys will race at 8:15am. The 5K will start at 8:35am.

5K Awards

Overall: Top 3 Male and Female. $75 for first place, $50 for second place, $25 for third place. Note: Overall award recipients will be not be eligible for age group awards.

Age Groups: Top 3 Male and Female. Age Divisions are 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60&Over

The Overall awards will be based on Gun Time.
Age group awards will be based on each runner's individual Chip Time.

1 Mile Awards

Age Groups: Top 3 Male and Female. Age Divisions are 6 & Under, 7-9, 10-12

In the 1 mile all awards will be based on Gun Time.

Packet Pick Up

Packet pick up will be held on Friday, October 28th from 5-7pm - location TBD.

1600 Mine Road, Stafford, VA 22554

Packet pick up will also be available race morning starting at 7am near the restrooms near fields 7 & 8.

Parking is available at Embrey Mill Park - 1600 Mine Road, Stafford, VA 22554.

Race Day Schedule

7am - Packet Pick Up Begins

7:50am - All Girls Monster Mile athletes report to the starting area on Mine Road

8am - Start of the Girls Monster Mile

8:05am - All Boys Monster Mile athletes report to the starting area on Mine Road

8:15am - Start of the Boys Monster Mile

8:30am - All 5K athletes report to the starting area on Mine Road

8:35am - Start of the Halloween 5K

9:30am-9:45am (ish) - Awards Ceremony
