Friday - July 23 - Late Registration/Packet Pickup
Setup begins at 4:00 pm which includes - table/chair setup, hanging of signs, organizing t-shirts for pre-registered/late registered and additional duties as needed. If not assisting with setup - please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm (Late Registration/Packet Pickup is available between 5-7 pm)

Saturday - July 24 - Late Registration/Packet Pickup
Please plan to arrive no later than 6:45am am to assist other team members with late registration, bib assignment and t-shirt distribution. Late Registration/Packet Pickup is available between 7 and 8:00 am.

Saturday - near the Start/Finish Line @ Byron Center Road/Sherwood - in the TCF employee parking lot on the north side of Sherwood behind the bank

5K Volunteer Areas

5K Course Safety

Details

Volunteers are placed at designated locations. Course Safety assists in the setup of barricades at street intersections and will hold traffic while participants are passing by. Your post assignment will be provided at check-in. The barricades will be set, pull into place to block traffic, and remove after the participants have passed. If available to stay longer to help - please sign up for the Kid's Run Course Safety.

Location

Meeting location near Start/Finish on Sherwood on the north side of the street behind the TCF bank branch in the parking lot to receive post assignment details. Then will be directed to go to post location and follow details provided.

Start and Finish Line Volunteers

Details

The Start and Finish volunteers assist with directing and lining up the participants at the start line on 84th Avenue.

Once the event has started volunteers will assist at the finish line helping direct participants out of the area to post race refreshments, hand out water/cooling towels and/or finisher medals.
