You will help check in participants on the morning of the event. You will make sure each participant knows their heat number and gets the correct t-shirt size.

Fitness Station Judges/Route Directors

Details

You will be located at one of the various fitness stations or along the route to help guide athletes through the event.
At fitness stations you will make sure "Competitive" participants are using the correct weights for their division and doing the full and correct range of motion.

Along the route you will direct athletes around the correct loops base on where they re at in the race.

We will have a volunteer meeting at 7:15 so you know what you're looking for at your location. First heat will start at 8am.
