The course crosses railroad tracks twice. In the off chance a train stops a runner, the course marshal will time/record the delay for official timing purposes. One person can do this job but we recommend bringing a buddy (or a book) to pass the time.

Our route is primarily on running/bike paths but it does cross one somewhat busy street - Hester Street in Dundas - multiple times. We'd like 1-2 volunteers at two different corners of Hester to watch for coming traffic and signal to runners they can run through without stopping or to hold traffic until runners pass.

Hester Street and 1st Street, and Hester Street and Railway.
