Water Support - Kayaker/Paddleboarder High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

If you have a kayak, we need to line each side of the course with as many kayaks as possible to escort swimmers. The Bay is very protected so virtually any type of kayak will be helpful.

Water Support - Power Boat High Priority

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

Details

If you own a boat, and look for any excuse to spend time on the water, we need several power boats on each side of the course to intercept and direct boat traffic safely, give swimmers who bail out a ride to the finish, and retrieve swim buoys after the race. The Harrison County Sheriff's Dept. and Pass Fire will have boats on the water as well.

Start/Finish Line Race Support Medium Priority

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

These volunteers assist with race day packet pickup, assist the timing team as needed, finish line food set up, awards, and more!

Dedicated Kayak Escort for a Participant Low Priority

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

This is registration for kayak escorts who will accompany a single swimmer for the entire race.

Kite Pilot Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

We need kite pilots at the finish line to help provide extra visibility for our swimmers.
