Aid Station #1

Details

Set up aid station and mix Tailwind Hydration at assigned location.
Fill only half way for runners.
Assist runners with water, sports drink and nutrition as needed.
Clean up any trash.

Remain at aid station until next shift arrives.

Location

Entrance to Owls Roost Trail

Volunteers can park at Bur-Mil at the race start/finish line or on Owls Roost Rd at A & Y Greenway trailhead and walk to the aid station.

Aid Station #2

Set up aid station and mix Tailwind Hydration at assigned location.
Fill only half way for runners.
Assist runners with water, sports drink and nutrition as needed.
Clean up any trash.

Remain at aid station until next shift arrives.

Exit of Palmetto Trail/Nat Greene's Trail on Old Battleground Rd.
