Details

Participant check-in staff will greet participants, and hand them assigned running numbers (bib). Responsibilities would include welcoming participants and offering friendly interactions, reviewing participant information, handing out race shirts and swag bags. Anyone available to work the entire shift is welcome, but we appreciate those who can only work part of the day, too.

Details

Race Course Guides serve an important role in that they make sure participants traverse the correct route on their way to the finish line. Course guides stand at key turns and complicated transitions throughout the racecourse and point participants in the correct direction. Responsibilities include yelling, pointing, and cheering.

Water Stop Operation - Saturday

Details

The 5k and 10k runs have a total of 3 water stops on the courses which will need staffing. Water stop staff help to hand water to runners as they pass during the race. Other responsibilities would include helping to keep the immediate area around the water stop clean of crushed cups and communicating with race officials in the event someone needed help along the course.

Those helping with Award distribution will be tasked with the setup of trophy displays, helping to erect signage, and setting staging area. Responsibilities may include moving boxes of supplies, handing out medals to participants, and talking with participants.
