Race Day - Packet Pickup High Priority

Details

Packet Pickup will be held the day of the race (May 18th). Volunteers will be responsible (under the supervision of a Task Coordinator) for checking in participants and their friends/family members and distributing giveaway items.

Once the race has started, the packet pickup volunteers will then switch their station to be the snack/water table for those finishing the race.

T-shirts offered on a first come, first served basis upon arrival to check-in.

Details

The water station volunteers will be responsible for setting up the water station (getting cups with water ready) and handing out water to the participants of the course. All items needed for the water station will be delivered to the water station location.

Our on-course volunteers will be responsible for directing runners and walkers on the course.
