Check in at the registration table to receive your vest and flag. These will need to be returned to the registration table at the end of the race. After you receive your vest and flag check in with Tim for detailed instructions for how to direct the racers as they approach you. Or refer to volunteer instruction email.

Water Stop 1 - OU CLUB TULSA High Priority

Details

At the water stop you will find water coolers and cups. Once you arrive at your station start filling the cups halfway with water. Your job will be to distribute water to the runners as they go by. It's important that you have plenty prepared as racers pass by quickly and we don't want them to have to wait on water.
