Assist registrants by confirming they've registered and giving them their race packets (t-shirt, raffle tickets, other giveaways).

Race Traffic Marshal High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

Traffic Marshals play an important role for ensuring the safety of participants by directing runners and walkers along the course route and cross walks. These volunteers are stationed at the cross walks on Meetinghouse Road to direct traffic while runners take their course; and have the opportunity to see and cheer on runners.

PARKING High Priority

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

HELP with parking by navigating cars to appropriate Parking Lots.

KID Activities High Priority

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help with the Kid Zone : Games/activities, arts & crafts, face painting and other fun activities for kids.

Kids Fun Run High Priority

At least 7 more volunteers needed.

Help manage the highly anticipated pure organized chaos that is the Kids Fun Run!!!

Pavilion Food High Priority

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help organize and pass out pretzels, fruit, granola bars, Water Ice, Cotton Candy and water to all guests

Bethany Info Table & Volunteer Hub Low Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Help answer any questions people may have about the event or Bethany!

Finish Line

At least 5 more volunteers needed.

It's the final stretch of the race!! Cheer on runners and walkers as they cross the finish line and direct them to the pavilion to receive their post-run goodies!!

Pick up Snow cone and Cotton Candy machines High Priority

Needs to be picked up on Friday May 17th and delivered to the Park by 8am on the May 18th
