Please arrive at 6:15 pm. You will be staffing a table to check-in guests for the banquet from 6:30 to 7:00 pm.

Bar Support Volunteers assist with distributing beverages to guests at the cash bar and helping keep the bar area organized and running smoothly. Volunteers will work one half of the event.
Responsibilities include:
Distributing beverages to guests in accordance with event guidelines
Managing payment collection at the cash bar
Volunteers must be comfortable handling payments and supporting beverage service in a responsible manner.
