Gratitude Scavenger Hunt
In our busy lives, sometimes we don't take the time to focus on gratitude. We can be grateful for anything, even things that are difficult for us to think about sometimes. The gratitude scavenger hunt is designed to help you consider different things you are grateful for as you walk, run, bike, etc. As you look for the items on the scavenger hunt list, you can think about how your answers are connected to someone in whose memory you are participating.
If you find a scavenger hunt item you can take with you, feel free to do so! You can keep them as gratitude reminders, make a craft out of them, or use them as a memorial to the person in whose memory you are participating.
If your item is something in nature, such as an animal, or property that belongs to someone else, simply take a photo! You can print them out, upload them to your computer, share them on social media, or create a photo collage of your scavenger hunt.
We would love to see some of the items you selected and hear about why you selected them. If you share your photos online, feel free to tag @johgriefsupport.
Your race packet includes a small printout of the scavenger hunt list. If you would like a full-size (8.5x11) version to write additional notes on, you can download it below.
