Where does the race start? West Chester Road - near 5900 West Chester Road, the Route is available for viewing on the web site and there is a map posted at Packet Pickup. Click here to view Course Map
What time do the races start:
7:30 AM on-site registration & packet pick-up at Midpointe Library
9:00 AM 5K and 10K runners
9:05 AM 5K walkers, strollers, dogs, etc.
9:30 AM Block Party begins on The Square
9:30 AM – Noon Beer Obstacle Course (near the Clock Tower)
10:00 AM Leprechaun Lap Mini Race at the Start/Finish Line (ages 3-10)
10:15 AM Race Results and Awards
The Block Party continues until NOON
Can I make changes to my registration (i.e. Name, age, 5k/10k)? Yes but the decision must be made prior to the race and you must complete a change form not doing so will cause your results to be not posted. PLEASE MAKE THIS CHANGE AT PACKET PICKUP
Can I walk the 10K? NO! The course has a time limit. All runners must complete the 10K course in 1 hour.
Can I walk the 5K? Yes as long as you complete the course in 1 hour. If you are walking please start with the 9:05 Wave.
Where can I park for the race? There is free parking available at the Hines Buildings I – IV Centre Point Office Park adjacent to the Marriott. There is also a shuttle bus available at UNOs beginning at 7:15 am.
Can I pick up a packet for my friend? Yes. If you plan on picking up more than 10, please email us prior to 3/7/19 (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the names so we can have them ready for you.
How late can I register/Can I register on race day? Online registration is open through Wednesday, March 14, you can register at Packet Pick Up Thursday / Friday and Race day in the Library.
I want to do register for the Beer Obstacle but it is sold out. If time allows, there will be on-site registration there will be on-site registration available near the clock tower. Listen for announcements.
When can I get my beverage wristband? We will be checking IDs and wrist banding starting 8:00 am on Race Day, you will need to have an ID on race morning to be able to have alcohol. IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE BEER OBSTACLE, YOU MUST HAVE AN ID BAND ON.
Can I still register for the Sleep in Special at packet pick up? Yes.
Can I just buy a shirt or an extra shirt? Yes, they are $15 each.
Can I still register for a Charity Team at Packet pickup? Credit for the Teams are not guaranteed if registering at packet pickup but we are certainly doing our best to make sure everyone gets on their desired team.
Can I switch shirt sizes? Yes, prior to March 1st, you can change your shirt size by following the Manage Registration link found in your registration email. After March 1, you can switch shirt sizes depending on availability after the race.
Can I bring a Dog? Dogs are welcome in the 5K Race, please start during the 9:05 wave.
What about Strollers? Strollers are welcome in any event, please start during the 9:05 wave.
Are you staging Racers? Yes, please find your appropriate pace group to start with. However, there are not pacers throughout the course.
Where can I pick up my packet or where do I get Registered? In the Community Room inside the Library.
Where are the Teams Gathering? In the parking lot behind the clock tower.
Are there Restrooms on the course? There are restrooms in Beckett Park for the 5K course. There are no restrooms on the 10K course.
Where are the water Stations on the Course? The first is at 1.5 miles on the 5K and 10K and a second on the 10K at 4.5 miles.
When is the food open? 9 am
Is there a Lost & Found? Yes, in the Info tent on the Square.
Is there a First Aid area/Ice? You can get Band-Aids and ice from the info tent – all emergencies will be handled by West Chester Township.
When will you post results or announce awards? Awards will be announced around 10:15 on Race Day. Results will be posted on the Web Site and at http://finishspot.com in the afternoon race day.
Is anyone doing photography? Yes, we will have a link available after race day for you to see photos.
