About this Race Series
We are very excited to announce the 9th Annual Stafford Race Series! This race series is a must-do for runners in the Stafford and Fredericksburg Region.
Competitive Awards:
- Top 3 Male and Female based on series point total
- 1st Place Overall - $250, 2nd Place Overall $150, 3rd Place Overall $100
- See scoring criteria below
Participant Awards:
- Complete ALL 5 races in the series
- Series finisher awards must be picked up in-person after the Frosty 5K

Series Scoring
Male and Female races are scored separately. The first-place finisher in the race will receive 1000 points. Each subsequent place will have their points reduced by 5. For example:
1st Place = 1000 points.
2nd Place = 995 points
3rd Place = 990 points
and so on......
Each runner is guaranteed a minimum of 250 points for finishing the race.
The points awarded to each person are based on your overall place in the race based on gender - the first-place female and the first-place male will both receive 1000 points. Separate leaderboards will be kept for Male and Female.
In the event of a tie: The tiebreaker goes to the runner who places higher in their final race of the series.
