F3 Puget Sound has been active in the PNW region for 10+ years now. Our mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men, for the invigoration of male community leadership.
This quest perfectly aligns to our mission. Many of us have had and/or been affected by cancer. Raising money for this cause, shoulder to shoulder, while battling 832 stairs is one small way we can give back to this cause.
Last year we beat our goal of $15,000. This year we're aiming even higher.
