I’m climbing Seattle’s iconic Space Needle on September 28th for Base 2 Space, supporting Fred Hutch Cancer Center through the Space Needle Foundation. Every dollar helps us reach our $750,000 goal to fund life-saving cancer research.
Team Susan Strong is climbing 832 steps — 98 flights — in honor of our mom, Susan, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in her 30s and passed away at 42. I was 12, my sister Kristine was 15, and our brother was 8. She was strong, selfless, and believed deeply in giving back. Now, Kristine and I are close to the age she was when she was diagnosed, making this climb even more personal.
We’re raising money to honor her, raise awareness, and support research that could save lives. Please consider donating, sharing, or cheering us on — every bit helps us climb for Susan and for every family affected by cancer.
With gratitude,
Kimberley & Kristine
