This September, my sister and I are climbing 832 steps to the top of the Space Needle for Base2Space — in honor of our mom, Susan.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer in her 30s and passed away at 42. I was 15. My sister was 12. Our brother was just 8.
She was a fighter. She worked until the final week of her life. She believed in showing up, giving back, and helping others — even when she had nothing left in the tank.
Now, Kim and I are climbing in her name — to raise money for life-saving cancer research and to make sure fewer families go through what we did.
If you feel called to, we’d be so grateful for your donation. Every dollar helps us climb a little higher — for her. 💗
