Hello! Our first group will greet all our runners, distribute bibs, shirts, answer questions or set up the water, snacks, and medals to make the race day experience a great one.

High fives all around! Our second group will be the first to greet the runners after they cross the finish line. Keep runners moving, direct them to water and snacks, and distribute finisher medals and tidy up all the packet pick gear to return to storage.

Who doesn't love a good parade? Be the eyes and ears on the course, and make sure that the participants all stay on the course, and motorists stay off it. You'll get to cheer for every runner from the beginning until the end!

Help direct runners to the start area by the Amtrack station for the 7:00 PM start. When the streets are closed at 6:45 PM by the Lakeland Police Dept your assignment will be to monitor parking lots along the first 1/2 mile of the race or side streets to keep the course clear for the participants. Then you'll move the ROAD CLOSED barricades once all runners have turned onto Orange St.

Details

High speed service! Our water stops combine cheer and hydration zones. Both are great encouragement to our runners. LRC will provide all supplies.

Anyone under 16 must have a parent/guardian present.

The water stop is located at the calming traffic zone on Success Ave at McRorie. Volunteers can park on McRorie or Finney.
