On Sunday, October 16th I will be part of the final Hike For Cure in Yosemite. Since 2001, without fail, families and friends of those fighting histiocytosis have come together to raise money to find a cure. I am excited to be a part of H4AC on this epic year.
As always, the Hike is will be quite tough: this year will be a 17 mi day with lunch at a breathtaking point we call Histio Lookout, about 4000 feet above our camp. This will be a challenging hike for me, but certainly nothing like the challenge of those fighting histiocytosis each day.
